Mentoring is a highly valuable development activity implemented in many programs and organizations, especially educational programs. The reason for this is to develop a relationship between the mentor and the mentee, where the development of the mentee is the key focus.
The development needs satisfied through relationship can vary in focus from guidance through a new endeavor (high school), performance improvement throughout the school year and school career management. The mentoring relationship will be provided by our committee members via social media or other means of communications as we see fit, as well as local representatives who is more than willing to be a part of the mentorship program.
Our mentorship program is made up of individuals who have exercised an interested in being a mentor, who willing to take the time out to be there when needed, who possesses the appropriate knowledge and skills and most of all, individuals who are patient and supportive.
